Kelsey Mayo

Kelsey Mayo is the Chief of Retirement Policy & Regulatory Affairs for Chief of Retirement Policy & Regulatory Affair for the American Retirement Association.  In this role she works with the government agencies that impact ARA members. Prior to joining ARA, Kelsey was the Lead Employee Benefits Partner at Poyner Spruill, LLP, a law firm based in North Carolina. Kelsey has extensive experience in virtually all aspects of employee benefit plans and executive compensation arrangements. Along with her passion for the industry, Kelsey brings her background in accounting and study for the actuarial exams to bear for the benefit of ARA and its members.
